Pre-Purchase Analysis

Our home is generally the biggest investment we make. This service allows you to gain an understanding of the Feng Shui of the home or business site before you sign any contracts. This should be just as important as getting a building inspector in to assess the physical properties of the home!

This is similar to a Floor Plan Reading, where I am able to undertake a desktop review of the energetic blueprint and assess whether it is likely to support you in your health, wealth and relationships.

If the information is available, I am also able to zoom out and see if the surrounding landform and external Feng Shui is supportive for this property.

You will gain an insight to what the Feng Shui of the property says about:

• The potential theme.

• The potential challenge.

• The financial energetics.

• The health and relationship energetics.

• The potential impact of any missing sectors.

• Any external observations if available.

To get the ball rolling, book in a time via my calendar and I will email you an invoice and a jotform questionnaire - you will need a to-scale floor plan and the year the building was constructed. Once I receive the payment and the requested information, I will perform my analysis, then convey all the information to you via a 1 hour phone call. We can discuss the energetic qualities of the home or workplace, and if they match the experience you are looking for.
